With a background as a Pilot and served in the Special Forces, he brings discipline, resilience, and a strong team focus. Pavel has a love for health, fitness, and the outdoors - making him a dynamic, relatable, and committed advocate for personal growth and connection.

Meet Kylea – our Senior Support Coordinator with over two decades of experience in the NDIS and disability employment sectors. With a background in local area coordinating, life coaching, trauma-informed care, and nursing, Kylea brings a compassionate, holistic approach to every client. Her deep understanding of services and resources ensures tailored, effective support. Known for her warmth and dedication, Kylea creates safe, empowering environments where individuals feel heard and supported. She’s here to help clients build confidence, connection, and achieve their goals.

Meet Jasmine – a registered Paramedic with AHPRA and a third-year Health Science student, Jasmine has 9 years of experience in the disability industry. She previously served as Operations Manager for one of Tasmania's largest Supported Independent Living companies, bringing a wealth of knowledge and operational insight to her current role. As a member of the Allied Health Assistants National Association (AHANA), she bridges gaps in care, providing vital support under Level 1 and 2 NDIS funding. Jasmine ensures high-quality, tailored care at Pure Coaching.

Meet Coach Isaak – a dedicated NDIS support worker in Cairns with decades of experience in boxing and coaching. Isaak empowers participants through mentorship, building confidence, resilience, and a strong mindset. His passion for storytelling through film and photography reflects his belief that every life has value. Whether in the gym or providing support, Isaak brings energy, empathy, and a commitment to personal growth, helping individuals reach their NDIS goals and create lasting, positive change in their lives.

Originally from Germany, Jacqs brings NDIS expertise, adventure, and creativity to her work. A certified Dive Master, animal lover, and photography enthusiast, she connects deeply with nature and people alike. Whether training her dog, practicing archery, or supporting clients, Jacqs blends fun with care—helping individuals grow, gain independence, and turn everyday life into an exciting journey.

Meet Tara – a compassionate support worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support and extensive experience with high-needs clients. Known for her gentle, empathetic nature, Tara is dedicated to empowering others to live enriched, fulfilling lives. A Cairns local with a love for travel, nature, and fitness, she brings warmth, fun, and positivity to every interaction. Whether caring for pets, training at Air Locker, or adventuring with her nieces and nephews, Tara’s hands-on, heartfelt support makes a lasting impact.
